About Venus Niebres Taylor
Venus Niebres Taylor is a Blasian Filipina-American singer, songwriter, and producer based in Austin, Texas, who is building a growing presence in global independent music. Blending R&B and pop with her Filipino roots and the vibrant Latin rhythms of her South Texas upbringing, Venus creates multilingual music that speaks directly to the heart. Singing in English, Tagalog, and Spanish, her sound reflects her heritage, faith, motherhood, and life as a Texas woman.
Her voice first found her at four years old in the Philippines, where she sang karaoke for a crowd of neighborhood children. At 15, she performed on televised broadcasts for ABS-CBN in Naga City. After stepping away from music for a decade to pursue a successful career as a runway and editorial model, Venus returned to her first love, transforming life’s challenges—including a difficult divorce and the loss of her grandmother—into honest, emotionally grounded songwriting.
Today, Venus is the founder of the independent recording studio V Records. Her rising trajectory includes a No. 3 ranking on ReverbNation’s Austin Singer-Songwriter chart in 2026, international press coverage from Bored City, A&R Factory, and Indie Boulevard Magazine, and airplay on Amazing Radio, whose broadcasts reach listeners in the United States and the United Kingdom.
Beyond industry recognition, Venus has built a loyal international community of more than 15,000 fans and supporters. Her multicultural sound has found an especially strong connection in the Philippines and throughout Latino communities, with listeners across Mexico, Colombia, and beyond.
Whether she is delivering a quiet, heartfelt ballad such as “Finally See” or an upbeat cultural anthem, Venus does more than make music—she builds bridges between cultures, proving that power, truth, and soul sound beautiful in any language.
Music rooted in heritage, shaped by resilience, and made to connect cultures.
